- Delivery Timings
- Standard Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Orders are delivered within the selected time slot chosen by the customer.
- Festive days, peak hours, or heavy order load may cause slight delays.
- Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary based on distance from our shop.
- Exact charges will be shown at checkout or shared on call during order confirmation.
- Order Processing Time
- Fresh cakes are prepared only after order confirmation.
- Same-day orders require minimum 2–4 hours preparation time depending on cake type.
- Custom and theme cakes require 24–48 hours advance booking.
- Delivery Process
- Our delivery partner/rider will contact you when they are near your location.
- If the customer is not reachable for 10 minutes, the order will be marked as delivered.
- The Medals Cake Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic or weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery address
- Customer not responding to calls
- Product Handling
- All cakes are delivered in specially designed cake boxes.
- Delivery riders take maximum care during transportation.
- For delicate or heavy cakes (2kg+), customers are requested to handle with extra care after receiving the order.
- Self Pick-Up Orders
- Customers can pick up their order directly from our store.
- Once the product leaves the shop, we are not responsible for any damage caused during handling or transportation.
- Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, slight delays may occur due to:
- Unexpected traffic
- Heavy rain
- High order volume
- Festival rush These delays are not eligible for refunds.
- Incorrect Address
If customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Delivery may be delayed or failed
- No refund will be provided
- Re-attempt delivery may require additional delivery charges
